  • Sláinte (SLAHN-chə) is Gaelic for health—rooted in the old Irish word slán, meaning safe, whole, and well. Today, it’s used as both a greeting and a toast, a simple but powerful wish for vitality and strength.

At Sláinte Acupuncture, we honor this tradition by focusing on comprehensive, patient-centered healing that goes beyond symptoms to restore balance and resilience.

  • What does acupuncture treat?

Acupuncture doesn’t treat conditions—it treats people. Instead of chasing symptoms, we identify patterns, considering how pain, tension, and dysfunction emerge within the bigger picture of your body and daily life.

Common concerns we work with include:
Sports injuries & chronic pain (back, neck, shoulders, knees)
    TMJ & headaches
Stress, anxiety & nervous system regulation
    Autoimmune & inflammatory conditions
    Menstrual & hormonal imbalances

Each treatment is a three-way conversation between the patient, their body, and the practitioner—adapting in real time to what your body needs most.

    More than just needles.

At Sláinte Acupuncture, treatments are comprehensive and customized. While many clinics charge extra for cupping, gua sha, e-stim, moxibustion, or manual therapy, these are fully integrated into your session at no additional cost.

No rushed sessions. No patient overlap. Just focused, one-on-one care designed to get you back to feeling and moving at your best.
